PORTLAND AVE.

This was a referral job by one of our Real Estate Agents. The exterior of the home was dated and needed a face lift. We removed all the old GP siding and installed 8.25" Hardiboard. Built a new porch over hang and installed a new exterior french door with hide a screens.

RE-MAX REALTY ASHVILLE HWY

This project was requested by RE-MAX Realty to assist them in the sale. We were responsible for the repairs related to the official Home Inspection.

PORTERFIELD

This was a driveway partial demo and pour back. The tree roots caused extensive damage.

NORTH FLORIDA MEDICAL

The new building was built by others. We were asked to come in and make a concrete Flag Pole area with a viewing section by the plaque.

CHILES HS ADA RAMPS

This is the Girls Softball Locker room blgd. We were requested to demo old concrete and install new ADA Ramps. Form, Place & Finish all in 1 day!

JENNIE MURPHREE HALL (FSU)

This was the HVAC Renovation Project. We have to excavate over 6ft down inside the building for a new FOOTER & COLUMN to hold the new steele column to hold up 4 floors.

OLD BELLE VUE SCHOOL (FSU)

This project required 2 new Loading Docks, and ADA Railings. Cook Brothers, Inc was the General Contractor.
